New York Fashion Week is coming to an end !

I am torn between saying : « Finally ! » ‘cause I’m so exhausted, and « Already ? », ‘cause it was really neat.

Today, before telling you about this intense and amazing week, let me show you a pretty special outfit. Let me explain…

As you might already know, people used to go to a fashion show wearing the designer’s clothes. A matter of manner and courtesy, at a time when the purpose of the collections was to seduce the loyal customers.

I guess that back then, obviously, you wouldn’t try to be the one with the most original (and sometimes most improbable) outfit, just to draw the attention of streetstyle photographers.

Nowadays, it is fashion editors, people and sometimes bloggers that are sitting in the front row (and the ones behind). There are as many photographers outside shooting the over dressed lucky guests as inside, trying to immortalize the collections ! The Fashion Week is now on the catwalk as much as in the street, I’m not saying anything new ! And that’s why many brands now spoil their guests before the show.

I already knew this, but I was far from imagining what happened !

Believe it or not, I was lucky enough (and pleasantly surprised !) to be dressed by TORY BURCH, in addition to being invited to their show (which I really loved, I’ll tell you more about it very soon).

I was given this lovely leather bag with a beetle print, the matching Iphone cover, a leather bracelet and a retro dress that was perfect to play with the mix of prints ! I hope that you’ll like this outfit as much as I liked feeling like a spoiled princess !

  8. Mais du coup tu peux la garder ou tu la rends après e défilé ? Tu es célèbre aux USA ! C’es joli mais jamais de la vie je porterais un vêtement ou un sac avec des cafards dessus, quelle drôle d’idée

  12. J’adooore le sac et la coque iPhone! Vraiment supers originaux! J’ai vu la photos de sac il y a qques jours sur Instagram et mon coeur a fait BOUM!
    La tenue est très jolie aussi, ça te va comme un gant (comme tout d’ailleurs!)

  24. Désolée, vraiment, mais là je ne peux pas m’empêcher de le constater : le sac est affreux, la coupe de la robe ne te sied pas du tout (pas de décolleté, trop longue etc…) et mis à part les chaussures, les autres accessoires n’apportent rien.
    Désolée d’être cash, mais Tory Burch n’a pas été très sympa avec toi…

  42. J’aime beaucoup les sandales, le sac et tout particulièrement la coque. Par contre la robe je n’adhère pas du tout, je la trouve….mémérisante. Je ne sais pas si c’est la longueur, la forme, l’imprimé ou l’association des 3 mais je ne suis pas du tout convaincue. Enfin si j’aimais toujours tout ça ne serait pas drôle !
    Et un petit coup de coeur pour le vernis blanc, je suis conquise.
